Freshly Made Mochi Donuts
Mochi donuts are a fried dough pastry that combines Japanese mochi, or chewy rice cakes, with American-style donuts. The hybrid batter results in a moist and fluffy donut with a satisfying chew that is crispy on the outside while chewy and airy on the inside. Our Mochi donuts are circular in shape and made up of eight small balls that can be pulled apart and shared. Made fresh daily. Each donut is carefully glazed and decorated with traditional and nontraditional flavor to bring you the most unique bites. We go the extra mile to create flavor profiles that are uniquely Bobadochi flavors. Our Smore’s Galore donut features our house made marshmallows that’s carmalized to a perfect brown while our maple bacon donut features our brown sugar candied bacon on top of our thick maple glaze.
